Our cupcakes and baked goods make the perfect gift! Food is our love language too–we are pleased to prepare your host or holiday gifts, pick-me-ups, or special surprises. Not sure what to give a teacher, colleague, coach, friend? The gift of intentionally prepared, delicious treats, is a generous and thoughtful offering. It would be our pleasure to help you spread some love. 

Catering for birthday parties, baby showers, holiday celebrations, special events, weddings, or any other occasion is also available, with discounts for large orders (over 50 cupcakes). We would be honored to make your special connections and gatherings magical with delicious options for a wide variety of palates, special diets, and/or lifestyles. Conscious Cupcakes’ items are handmade and baked in small batches with intention and care. We do not operate out of a storefront, or fill a display case daily. These baked goods are lovingly made just for you!

We offer pick-up or delivery only. We do not have a location for customers to visit. Delivery outside of a 10 mile radius of our location in Murray, UT is available for a fee, depending on location.

Our cupcakes are typically decorated with a traditional rosette, or light swirl pattern as seen on the styles displayed on the images throughout our website. We are happy to accommodate your choice of basic designs. Couture cupcakes with added flare are available by request, for an additional charge.

We are a small team and we can only take a specific amount of orders. We recommend placing your order as early as possible. All orders under $100 must be paid in full, upon ordering. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required for all orders over $100. Only Venmo or cash payments are accepted at this time.

Order in advance, same day requests are not typically accommodated. Closed Sundays.

Ingredients:
Our cupcakes are baked to order in a kitchen used to bake traditional items. Storage of specialty ingredients, and preparation is done separately, however, there is still the potential for cross-contamination. See our FAQ for more information. Please discuss any dietary requirements with us before ordering.

Quantities:
Cupcakes are offered by the dozen, or multiples of 50.

Design:
Our cupcakes are all lovingly handmade and are therefore individual. We will do our best to match designs and colors as seen in person, or on our website, but there may be some variance. We cannot guarantee to exactly produce the same cupcakes from a prior event, photo, or from our website. It is important to remember that we are dealing with food and art and no two products are truly ever the same. 

We reserve the right to use our judgment when creating and designing your cupcakes and we may need to adjust your order accordingly. However, pleasing our customers is our highest intention and we will do our best to ensure that you are happy with what we create.

Orders:
Orders are accepted via email. We request 48 hours advance notice but more is always appreciated. On occasion, rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Feel free to contact us for your baking emergency, and we will see what we can do! Large orders (over 50) require at least 1- 2 weeks prior notice. If you need a cupcake, we will do our best to get you one, or one hundred ASAP!

We are a small team of bakers and we can only take a specific amount of orders. To avoid disappointment we recommend that you place your order as early as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Payment:
Orders under $100 must be paid in full upon order confirmation. A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required for all orders over $100. Only Venmo or cash payments are accepted at this time. 

Delivery:
Currently, we are only able to offer delivery to the Salt Lake City area. 

Once an order is delivered  we cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage that may occur. The recipient is expected to be available at the time of delivery. We are not available to attempt redelivery. We can leave the delivery at the door/porch if it appears safe, and is requested. Recipients must be available to meet the driver if it’s a secure building such as an apartment. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver an order, it will be canceled and a partial refund may be issued.

Note that due to the nature of our specialty ingredients, our items require proper storage. We will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner.

Refunds or Disputes:

Full refunds cannot be given for any item that has been consumed regardless of dispute, as consumption of the food item is considered your acceptance that the product is adequate for the purpose for which they have been supplied.

Refunds are not available for custom orders.

Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept the return of any products because you do not like the taste or texture. Samples of our product are available to taste test prior to large, or custom orders. Conscious Cupcakes also hosts tastings throughout the year. Sign up to receive updates for more information!
